Lewis Mason

Lewis Mason has been engaged in the Investment Banking and brokerage industry for the past 30 years. His experience spans boutiques to bulge bracket firms in a variety of capacities. The vast majority of his career has primarily been in the origination and placement of privately negotiated transactions across most industries and structures. Some of the many career achievements include being named as a member of the Presidents Council while at Smith Barney, co- founding multiple Broker Dealers specializing in private placements; as well as launching the Venture Debt practice at various firms. Lew attended the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and received his B.S. degree in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He currently holds the series 7, 63, and 79 licenses at a registered FINRA Broker-Dealer.

Christian Kritas

Christian Kritas is designated to all aspects of Business Development at Deal Partners Group. His primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying new client prospects, managing an outreach program for C-suite engagement, in addition to all technology related tasks at the firm. He joined Deal Partners Group in March of 2023 and was subsequently promoted to lead Business Development functions, after graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a B.S. in Finance. Previously, Christian interned with UBS Global Wealth Management in the Advisory Planning & Products Division in Weehawken, NJ, where he assisted Financial Advisors in servicing HNW clients. He also held the title of Head Analyst of Real Estate & Finance for the Student Managed Investment Fund at SUNY Geneseo, one of the largest in the country by AUM. Christian will be a Series 79 candidate while looking forward to expanding his responsibilities at DPG and furthering his career in the Investment Banking Industry. 

Brad Carlson

Brad Carlson is a trusted, independent transaction advisor, providing deal execution support and CFO services across industries. He’s a well-rounded “athlete”, who brings investment, corporate strategy, operating and accounting experience across asset classes, industries, and economic cycles. Previously, he worked as an Associate in BofA’s Leveraged Finance Group, where he underwrote senior and mezzanine financings in support of private equity sponsors’ buyout and recap transactions. Brad’s specialty is delivering objective, fact-based advice in support of mission critical M&A/capital-raise and preparing institutional investor-grade deal materials: financial, valuation and FP&A models.
